The following is the question that Sign 4 Divesting Massachusetts is attempting to be put on the 2022 midterm ballot by getting 200 signatures for every 160 of our districts on a petition that will be available for downloading and signing from this website starting 4/26/2022.

"Shall the State Representative/ Senator from this district be instructed to vote in favor of legislation that would prohibit any public pension fund, college, or university in Massachusetts from directly or indirectly investing its funds, including, but not limited to, the holdings of stock, security, equity, asset or other obligation of a corporation or company that conducts exploration for, extraction of, or sales of fossil fuel assets."
